The Latitude Margaritaville Watersound project is a residential development consisting of 1000+ single family residential lots, amenities, kayak launch, and associate commercial development in Watersound, Florida. The project also included construction of access roads, utilities, infrastructure and stormwater management facilities. Icarus provided an onsite environmental analysis for the project, which included an onsite jurisdictional wetland delineation and threatened and endangered species survey. Icarus then prepared regulatory permit application documentation and coordinated with the regulatory and commenting agencies to obtain the Ecosystem Management Agreement Individual Project Approvals and Regional General Permit authorizations.
